legally blonde. omigod. seriously, it was so amazing. can't get over how badly i enjoyed it. i don't think legally blonde was as emotional as wicked (my favourite musical) but it was more humorous and the songs were equally as good. i went in so excited, all morning i listened to the songs on repeat in anticipation, the prospect of seeing the show was enough for me without meeting the cast but that was the star studded icing on the cake. i can't stop listening to the show since i left the theatre, after the show was over, i rushed out and waited by the stage door which was sectioned off. there was a guard there in case something went wrong and we spoke to him and he said that sometimes they come out, sometimes not. so i was dying, my mam said no later than six o'clock, so i was praying that sheridan would come out before then. first came out alex gauland, he was so lovely, he reminded me of john barrowman in a way.
next, came duncan james. everybody went crazy, i was in awe of the amount of blondes, pink and gays that came to see the show but after i came out i wasn't surprised. the show really catered to it's audience. anyways, i digress. duncan is such a pretty boy, he still had all his stage make up, he was telling everyone to just snap away, he only managed to dive into a few photos.
finally came sheridan smith, she was so pretty and really skinny! all of them started to their left and worked their way around, sheridan was the nicest by far. everybody just got a photo and left and i got the feeling it must be tiresome doing it every night so i did what i always do with celebrities i love and was all suck up-y but still truthful. as i was leaving i was like by the way, thank you so much, you were amazing and i really loved the show and she stopped signing and looked at me and was all sincere and said thank you so much, it was lovely meeting you. at this point, i held the programme above my head like the bible and walked out the crowd feeling victorious. i'd set out the meet sheridan and i had, will mellor next. jake met ralf little a couple years ago and now i've met sheridan smith, that's janet and johnny keogh from two pints of lager down. just wish my glasses weren't like hanging off my face :( tried photoshopping it but it looked stupid so i guess i'll just leave it as it is :/ how gorgeous is she please?
any of you lot met any good celebrities? i've got mika, vv brown, lady gaga, duncan james, sheridan smith, alex gauland and katy perry on my celebrity list.
